I recently stayed at Hampton in Shelton for one night during my business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff, especially the Jamaican housekeeper, were very helpful. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, making me feel at home and at ease. The breakfast options were great for both adults and kids, although the coffee was not to my liking. I also loved the pool and slide, and the pool staff were very helpful. a positive experience.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it's in the center of the area with double doors and many restaurants nearby for dinner. It's close to stores and restaurants where you can easily grab something to eat. The rooms are well-decorated with perfectly functional bathrooms. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was delicious, especially Julie, Destiny, Luis. The pool was enjoyable, but you need to book an appointment to get there.

The hotel management did not handle noise complaints and disruptions well in the evenings, which is a significant drawback for guests looking to have a peaceful and quiet stay.
