There were some negative experiences with the room, as some guests reported unpleasant smells and issues with the heater and fridge.

The staff was exceptional, kind, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and the hot oatmeal raisin cookie was a treat. The price, comfort, food, and staff make it worth staying here. Alex at the front desk was delightful and the staff was patient and helpful throughout the weekend. They even accommodated my early flight by providing a breakfast to take with me.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, even though we arrived late in the evening. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the standard amenities. the hotel made us feel comfortable and familiar, with everything in the right place. the complimentary breakfast was a standard American breakfast, with all the stuff you would expect from a chain hotel.

The lighting in the room didn't work for me, and the bathroom was small and dark. I didn't like the sliding bathroom door, as it provided no privacy when traveling with family.

The staff at Surestay Hotel By Best Western Ontario Airport were outstanding during my stay. When I needed extra towels, they were quick to deliver them to my room with a smile. The front desk employee, Alex, was especially delightful and made me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had a comfortable stay and the wonderful staff made it even better.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The elevator was out of order, which meant I had to take a longer route to reach my room on the second floor.
