The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Christy. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The breakfast provided had lots of options to choose from, making it a great meal to start the day.

Plus, the breakfast selection was impressive and satisfied all my cravings. Whether it was the comfortable beds or the safe and clean neighborhood, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to downtown, only a short 10-15 minute drive away, allowed me to enjoy a quiet area with light traffic but still easily access all the attractions.

The staff promptly attended to our needs and the building had good security measures with access cards. The breakfast buffet had a great variety including make-your-own waffles. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Will consider staying again.

Convenient location, close to the highway and good restaurants. the staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great stay. the free shuttle to the mall was a nice bonus, and the front desk staff had great food and activity recommendations. the free hot breakfast was actually good, with a variety of choices including veggie sausage. the workout room was sufficient and usually empty. Walking distance to restaurants and the Addison Comedy Club.

Some guests reported issues with payment, with the hotel not accepting certain types of cards. This could potentially cause embarrassment for guests.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in Addison for a weekend trip to the State Fair. The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The free WiFi and the fact that you needed a room key to enter the hotel made me feel safe. The location was perfect, right off restaurant row, where you can find any type of food you want. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

We booked the room for the Kaboomtown/Independence Day festivities. The front desk staff were super friendly, and VERY accommodating when we told them why we were there - to be able to watch the fireworks from inside as we had two infants in our group and wanted to avoid the heat. They both went the extra mile to see that we got the exact room we requested, and it made for the perfect location for all of our family to watch the airshow and view the fireworks in air conditioned comfort. As for proximity to restaurants, etc., the property was within a short walk to several good restaurants. Plus, being close to several attractions made it really convenient for us to explore the area. The room was big enough for my wheelchair and I was pleased to find that the air conditioning was at a comfortable level for my condition. I loved the suite setup which gave us more space compared to your typical motel room. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of healthy food options that I could enjoy during breakfast. Fresh spinach, fresh fruit, and oatmeal with healthy sweeteners like honey, agave, and brown sugar were all available and everything I had was delicious.
