The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with stains on the sheets and pillowcases, as well as hair and dirt in the tub. The AC was noisy and constantly turning on and off, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

My stay at Fairfield Inn in Chester was exceptional. The housekeeping staff was efficient and kept the room spotlessly clean. The front desk staff was always available and helpful, answering my calls promptly. They were very accommodating to my requests. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The sink being outside the bathroom was a nice touch. The hotel also had a pleasant and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.

The hotel had a great location, easy to get to different areas, and near several restaurants. Breakfast was provided in three rooms and the room was clean and roomy. According to a review, the bedding was of high quality, and the mini-refrigerator and microwave were working.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently located just off the Interstate, making it easy for us to drive to our travel destination in Chester VA. It was also close to Richmond where our family was being treated at MCV Hospital. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and taken care of. The complementary breakfast had a great selection of fresh and tasty food, which was a wonderful way to start our day.

This hotel is a great value for the money you spend! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to detail, and the location is convenient right behind the Exxon station. The basic amenities are well maintained, and their rooms with nice amenities like the pull out couch are definitely a plus. Lastly, the breakfast at 9:15am is included in the package, which was awesome.
