The room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave, which came in handy during my stay. The location was convenient, with a nice view of a pond and a cotton field nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the fresh fruit, cheese omelettes, and waffles. The staff, particularly the kitchen staff, were attentive and professional. The 24-hour free casino shuttle was also a great advantage.

The only downside was the wifi, which was not up to par. It was a bit slow and unreliable, which was frustrating at times.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city, including transportation options. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent parking facilities, which made it convenient for me to come and go as I pleased. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, as it saved me time and money.

The hotel provided a free breakfast, which was better than average. It was also conveniently located less than a mile from the Windcreek Casino and just off Interstate 65. Additionally, the staff were extremely accommodating and often upgraded my room to a suite.

The customer service at this hotel was lacking. The staff did not return calls or address issues during my stay.
