My purpose of travel was to visit Istanbul for an extended period of 40 days, and I chose Elite World Europe Hotel. Compared to other 5-star hotels in the city, Elite World Europe Hotel stood out with its exceptional service. Here are a few things I loved about my stay: The gym provided a stunning view of colorful parrots, which made workouts more enjoyable. The staff had a good understanding of English, which is quite rare in Turkey. The valet service was polite and efficient. The rooms were quiet and clean. I was particularly impressed by Zulfiye, who made delicious omelets for breakfast. She was customer-oriented, friendly, and spoke excellent English.

Stayed here for New Year's and had a decent experience overall. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, close to the airport and easily accessible by shuttle or taxi. Plus, the rooms were nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There were a few negative aspects. There was no privacy as a male janitor repeatedly entered the women's changing area.

The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful, and supportive. The rooms are clean and the sheets and towels are always new. The WiFi is fast and the hotel is working on improving its speed. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of warm dishes. The rooms are spacious with a decent working desk.

The customer care and satisfaction provided by the inexperienced staff is at a low level. Room service and housekeeping do not answer calls or respond to reasonable guest requests.

We especially enjoyed the varied and tasty breakfast, which offered a good range of options. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, and we made the most of them during our stay. The stylish in-house cafe served delicious coffee and cakes, and the restaurant provided a nice dining experience. we found the hotel to be of great value and would definitely consider staying again.

I had a great experience at Elite World Grand Istanbul Basin Ekspres. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The shuttle bus service from the airport was quick and efficient. One specific highlight was the frequent shuttle service which made it convenient for getting around. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
