As foreign tourists, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms with useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the coffee was always fresh. The staff was welcoming and the hotel was conveniently located near I-81 with easy access to food, shopping, and attractions.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room was spotless. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. We loved the outdoor breakfast patio, it was a great way to start our day. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to the nearby highway and a short driving distance to Bass Pro Shop, McDonalds, a gas station, and a strip mall.

The staff was incredible, from the friendly front desk to the helpful housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with fresh options. The location was perfect, close to the interstate and plenty of dining and shopping choices. The rooms were spacious and the pool and exercise room were nice amenities. We will definitely be back next year!

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two queen beds that were gleaming and very comfortable. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a wide range of options including homemade pancakes, omelettes, sausage. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of attention to detail, service, and basic amenities.

The hotel's proximity to everything Bristol made it very convenient. I really liked the large retail area just over the hill and there were excellent restaurants within a mile. The rooms were quite simply immaculate, with a gleaming clean bathroom and I found no issues during my stay. The staff provided excellent service, from their initial greeting when I walked through the door to the personalized welcome in my room. The basic amenities were all there, and the breakfast, although marginal, was hot and everything was fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel.
