The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Eric at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met as a family with kids. The breakfast was excellent and had an early setup, thanks to Rich. The amenities were ample and our room even had a tub for a relaxing soak after a long day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the layout of our king room with a sofa bed. The small pool was perfect for us as we had it all to ourselves, and the outdoor patio by the pool provided a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary continental breakfast was above average and the staff were helpful and courteous. we had an excellent stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites By Marriott Augusta and will definitely be back.

The hotel's location was a bit tricky to access, with an unprotected left turn at an intersection that wasn't very obvious. Additionally, the pool water was too cold for my liking.
