We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was not the most convenient, but it was nice to be in a quieter part of the city. Plus, the hotel was still well connected to the subway, making it easy to explore. The staff here were incredibly helpful and kind. They even helped us print our boarding passes! The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even a trouser press. The on-site laundry facility was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the spa center and hot spring bath, which provided a relaxing end to our busy days of sightseeing.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located within steps of Senso-ji, making it a perfect base for exploring nearby temples. At night, the area comes alive with vibrant shopping areas right next to the great Asakusa Temple. The rooms are clean and spacious, with tatami mat flooring and comfortable amenities. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the natural hot spring is a delightful way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

There were occasional issues with guests disregarding the no-phone policy in the public bath area, causing some discomfort for other patrons.

We loved the traditional Japanese style of the hotel, and the large rooms. The onsen was absolutely amazing, with natural hot spring water that was great for our skin and health. The hotel also provided free washing machines, which was a huge convenience for us. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious traditional Japanese food, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and lots of good street restaurants and shopping nearby.

Impressive breakfast, tasty green tea rice cake and strawberry cake. Quiet room with surprising views of Tokyo sky-tree. Convenient laundry room. Enjoyable hot spring. Nice street food and restaurants nearby. a better stay than a pricier hotel in Shinjuku.

I had a wonderful stay at the Onjuku Nono Asakusa Natural Hot Spring. The onsen bath left my skin feeling soft and smooth, and the separate toilette room from the shower and basin was a great idea. The complimentary ramen at night was delicious. The hotel's Zen-like atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that no street shoes were allowed inside, keeping everything pristine.

The free coffee and tea were good and there was a free ramen night but only for a limited time. the location was okay but it was quite a walk from the metro station. the robes and slippers were a nice touch.

The place was a bit dirty and the staff wasn't very friendly. the spa wasn't well-maintained and there were kids running around screaming, making it hard to relax.
