I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Amherst for a weekend getaway. The staff member at check-in was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable. I loved that their fitness room was open 24 hours, and the pool area looked really nice. The breakfast had a good selection, including a waffle maker with various toppings. The coffee was great, and they even had sugar in the raw, which I prefer. The morning hostess, Camille, was exceptional and made the breakfast experience enjoyable.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The fitness room being open 24 hours was a great feature, allowing me to work out whenever it was convenient for me. the pool area was also nice and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was convenient as there were several casual restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.

One major downside was that the hot tub was out of order during my stay, and it would have been helpful if this was communicated beforehand. Another issue was that the cleanliness of the breakfast serving area was not up to par.
