I found the front desk staff friendly and helpful. the hotel was clean and neat, with an indoor pool and fitness center. the comfortable bed and clean room were highlights. the perfect location added to the positive experience.

New and modern hotel, comfy beds and great amenities, convenient location. I recently went on a city trip and stayed at a hotel that claimed to be modern and new, but it was far from it. the comfy beds were definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel. I also enjoyed the great amenities that this hotel had to offer. the location was perfect for exploring the surroundings and visiting nearby attractions.

Faulty power outlet, bathroom door won't stay open, and poor window shading. the bathroom door had a faulty mechanism and would not stay open.

Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide regular coffee in the room. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, bacon, and real oatmeal. Convenient location not far from Memphis.

My room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Although there was a mix-up with my reservation at check-in, the staff was able to quickly resolve the issue and make sure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
