One particular instance that stood out to me was when I needed assistance finding the property. Fabiola took the time to meet me at a convenient location and personally guided me to the property, ensuring that I didn't get lost. She truly went the extra mile to ensure that I felt welcome and taken care of. The location of the property was perfect for my needs. It was situated in a gated and safe community, providing peace of mind during my stay. Additionally, it was conveniently close to San Juan and the airport, without the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Guaynabo. The hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort provided by Fabiola are unmatched.

Fabio is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. the hot water for showers was great and the air-conditioning made sleeping very pleasant. Additionally, the location of the property is excellent, close to San Juan and the airport, but away from the congestion of the city.

I was disappointed to find out that the property was actually a shared house, as I had thought I was renting a separate apartment. the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the shower was in need of a remodel.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with spacious rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal, situated in a safe and secure gated community, and close to both the airport and the city. The provided transportation made it easy to get around, and parking was hassle-free. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a great day ahead. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.

She took me and 10 others in, provided us with food and even took us to the beach. The gated community made me feel safe and it was conveniently located near San Juan and the airport. Highly recommend for solo travelers or small families.

The photo on the website was also misleading, not depicting the actual apartment. Nonetheless, the room itself was still large and had a private bathroom.
