There was nothing I didn't like.

the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had extremely comfortable beds. Lastly, the location was perfect, surrounded by popular restaurants and in a nice area.

No complaints, everything was exceptional.

The rooms are modern and spacious, with nice touches like a separate coffee station. Breakfast is enjoyable with fresh food options. Additionally, the hotel has a hot tub and an exercise room.

Some guests had reported issues with maintenance and cleanliness, which could be a concern for some.

We loved every minute of our stay here. The location is perfect, in a nice area with shops and commercial services nearby, making it super convenient for us. The service we received was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the fast room service, and the car hire, laundry and dry cleaning facilities were top-notch. The room amenities were great, with everything we needed, including a hair dryer and ironing facilities. The dining was also impressive, the continental breakfast delicious and the snack bar was great for a quick refuel. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome addition, and we enjoyed unwinding in the leisure/TV room.

During my stay, I was impressed with the prompt assistance from the staff when I couldn't get my TV working. Even though they were changing the TV service, Shwana went above and beyond, setting me up in a perfect spot to watch the football game. I'd recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a separate living area and sleeping area. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruit, omelets, sausages, and good coffee. The hotel staff provided great customer service.

The pool was often overcrowded with noisy and unruly children, making it difficult to enjoy with my little one. There were also instances of loud noise in the corridors at night.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites offers a convenient location, with beautiful gardens and nice restaurants nearby. Jared, a very nice young man, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room featured a comfortable sleeping area with a bed, dresser, and smaller TV. The young lady at breakfast was also very helpful, providing great service.

We loved the friendly staff and their great customer service. The hotel room was spotless and very clean. The bathroom was immaculate with high-quality towels. The parking lot was well lit and safe. The small size of the hotel and its small parking lot added to the cozy and intimate atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to many dining places, a liquor store, and the area for hockey.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The breakfast selection was fantastic and had a wide variety of healthy options for the whole family.
