The location of this hotel is great if you take public transportation. It's only a 5-minute walk to the BART/Caltrain station, which makes it convenient for exploring the city or heading down the peninsula. The rooms were clean and spacious, despite the hotel being located on a busy street. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was inside. The beds were comfortable, clean, and spacious. They felt like sleeping on a cloud, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast, especially the hot options, was delicious. I particularly remember the young lady at the front desk, Victoria, who made sure everything was well-stocked and maintained a friendly and helpful attitude.

I had a great value for my money at the Fairfield Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect for me, near the airport and surrounded by various dining options. The staff treated me very well, from the friendly and helpful front desk woman to the accommodating front office manager during checkout.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved by ensuring the milk is not expired.

The staff at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, they were courteous, attentive, and extremely helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional customer service. Additionally, the hotel had great amenities, including a coin laundry on the third floor which was very convenient. It was also located close to key attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area.

One downside of our stay was the plumbing issues. Both our room and the rooms of our friends had issues with the water in the bath not going down.

We were able to check out the super cool shops and restaurants in Downtown Millbrae, it was lit! Plus, the staff was mad friendly and hooked us up with all the deets on where to go for a good time.

The only thing we were missing was a sick party scene. It would've been awesome if the hotel had a happening bar or club for us young party animals to let loose and dance the night away.

Additionally, the breakfast in the morning was amazing and the rooms were clean and up to Marriott standards. I will definitely be coming back.

There was a big storm during my stay and the first floor of the hotel ended up being flooded. the staff did their best to prevent water from entering the rooms, but the carpets were soaked.

This hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the airport, a Safeway grocery store, and in the beautiful Bay area. The facilities are worth mentioning, such as the big-sized rooms with separate areas for relaxing and multiple TVs. Furthermore, the breakfast offered an excellent choice of fresh food. The service was exceptional, with staff being friendly and extremely courteous.

One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was that the hotel did not arrange for transfer from the airport to the hotel, even though it was requested while making the reservation.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn for a quick weekend getaway. The front desk staff and early morning shuttle driver were incredibly friendly and accommodating. When our A/C didn't work in our first room, they promptly moved us to another. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations with hot scrambled eggs, porridge, and a variety of breads. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious.
