The AC Hotel by Marriott Columbus Downtown features large, clean rooms that provide comfort. However, the mattress in the King Guest Room was too firm, leading to back pain. Additionally, breakfast pricing was unclear, creating confusion during my stay. Great for a quick trip but consider other options for comfort.

a lovely spot to unwind, offering amazing views. However, I was disappointed that we couldn't just walk in as guests. we had to reserve seats, which felt unfair. Overall, a solid choice for concert-goers with great nearby dining options.

I was seriously annoyed by the valet parking situation. Paying $35 just for valet when the hotel has its own parking lot is ridiculous. On top of that, I had to deal with confusion regarding breakfast costs, which should be clearly stated up front, as I found out it wasn't included despite the hefty price of the room. This left a bitter taste in my experience.

the location is really good, just a short walk to the arena and tons of nearby restaurants which is nice. the staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. there's a cool rooftop lounge that was a fun place to chill, but u gotta reserve seats. valet parking is there, but be ready to pay for it. overall, it’s a good spot for a short visit!

not enough drawer space in the room and the coffee service was a mess, never got replenished and no help around when needed.

I adored the rooftop breakfast with its stunning view of the city—definitely a picturesque way to start the day! The proximity to Kemba made it super convenient for us concert-goers. we walked to the venue in no time. The smart TVs in the room were a delightful bonus, allowing us to unwind with a movie after a fun-filled day!

We loved staying in this hotel while visiting the Arena District. The kids, especially our grandchild, enjoyed the pool, and exploring the local eateries was a blast. Cozy beds made for a restful night after a busy day.
