The location of this hotel was very convenient, right off the interstate. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the room, it was well-maintained and tidy.

I had a few negative experiences during my stay here. Firstly, the TV in my room stopped working and I had to be moved to another room, which didn't have a remote or access to HBO or Showtime.

New and modern building. Plenty of parking. Attractive room. Extremely comfortable beds. Fabulous breakfast with a variety of options. Friendly staff.

The facilities were spotless and well maintained. Felicia's excellent cleaning and attention to detail ensured a clean and comfortable stay. The staff, especially Garland, were extremely helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had adjoining rooms for the entirety of our three-day stay. The spacious room with two TVs was perfect for us and our son. We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool and exercise room. The entire place was furnished with quality furniture and appliances.

We felt welcome throughout our stay and had no reason to complain.

I had a great two-night stay at the Fairfield Inn in Columbia. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to access.
