I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, including veggie sausage and omelettes. I also loved the little extras like the hot chocolate bar in the lobby during winter and flavored waters and popcorn in the summer. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to get to my Westerville destination. it was a great value and I plan on returning in the future.

Our room was immaculate and spacious. The pool was relaxing and well-maintained. Even with a full house, there were ample chairs/benches. Great care was taken to keep visitors safe during difficult times. Overall I was happy with our stay.

Fairfield Inn And Suites Columbus Polaris provided a positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and available staff. Everything was neat, clean, safe, comfortable, valued. Convenient to Westerville-based destination.

We loved the location of this hotel which was close to everything we wanted to do, right down the street. The front desk was always helpful and the small business center opposite was convenient. The room itself was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options to choose from.

Great weekend! the hotel had an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options. the proximity to Polaris mall was a huge advantage. the early check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room, particularly the suite, was clean and comfortable. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. the complimentary hot breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was ample seating available. the presence of a pool and hot tub was an added bonus, even though I didn't have the chance to use them. the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and efficient management.

My stay was marred by a few issues. the staff accused my children of stealing from the open bar, which caused unnecessary distress.
