The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. However, the breakfast setup was frustrating due to limited hot food options, and the shower could use more attention to cleanliness. A larger TV would enhance the experience as well. Ideal for families visiting the area, but some improvements are needed in the dining area.

The hot tub was closed—why promote it? The design flaws in the room were frustrating, especially trying to navigate tight spaces. A missing mirror near the sink area was an inconvenience!!! Plus, the TV was too small and sluggish!!!

The staff was friendly, making our check-in smooth despite some noise from the vacuum. We appreciated the spacious KING SUITE but found the bed placement awkward. Breakfast was lacking on hot food availability for multiple days. I'd suggest guests check breakfast times carefully!

Just a great match for a quick stop in Columbus with very good value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I requested extra towels. they delivered them promptly. Make sure to check if the breakfast hours are extended on weekends for more choices.
