I NEVER write reviews, but I HAD to write about our stay here—it was just that good! We had to make an unexpected trip for an emergency appointment and chose Fairfield Inn & Suites for the great reviews and low rates. The staff treated us so well, the room was warm and inviting, and the free breakfasts were delicious. Our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Thank you Fairfield Inn & Suites, your facility was the bomb! We will definitely come again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a good ironing board and iron. I appreciated the additional sofa chair, which I used for work. The hotel facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and fitness room, were all in good condition and enjoyable to use. The location was excellent, situated next to a huge mall and close to restaurants that I haven't tried yet. It was also conveniently located in the Southlands Outdoor mall area, right off E470, allowing for easy access to other parts of this city. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a hot and healthy start to the day.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I felt safe and satisfied with my stay.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. during breakfast, the staff abruptly turned off the lights and prevented us from accessing the fridge for milk.

During my Christmas stay, two things that I really liked about this hotel were the comfortable beds and the spacious and clean rooms. the beds provided a great night's sleep and were so comfortable that it was hard to get out of them in the morning. the rooms were also spacious and clean, making it a relaxing environment to come back to after a long day of Christmas activities. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping options, making it convenient to find places to eat and shop.

There were a couple of things that I disliked about this hotel. the hotel had a dreary atmosphere with minimal furnishings, which made it hard to find a good spot to sit and read.

Moreover, the staff is very obliging and pleasant, and the gym is well-equipped and functional.

Housekeeping did not vacuum the room for the entire stay, which was a downside to the otherwise clean and comfortable rooms.
