Even though I had adequate towels, they were thin!!! It was frustrating to find out about the lobby towels for the pool only on the last night. Also, instructions for the door lock were lacking clarity!!!

I had a lovely stay at The Bishop Arts Hotel! The room was spacious and stylish, featuring a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the mini-fridge, which was perfect for keeping snacks and drinks cold. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the vibrant Bishop Arts District, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. Plus, I appreciated the outdoor deck with stunning views of the Dallas skyline—great for unwinding at sunset!

I did experience some noise from the hallway.

Despite the hotel's charm, my stay was marred by several frustrating issues. Initially, I found the check-in process confusing and was only able to access my room after overcoming a lack of communication regarding the virtual access codes. The absence of on-site staff necessitated multiple phone calls, and I experienced further disappointment as there was no facility to store luggage after checkout, which made my travel plans more complicated. Overall, the limited staff presence and communication gaps significantly detracted from my experience.

The place was super cute and spacious, clean with lotsa character! Loved the mini fridge and the cozy couch in the room. Parking was super easy and private. Only a short walk to shops and bars, perfect for a little fun!

The Deluxe Suite was beautifully designed with spacious areas, easy access, and an inviting ambiance. I loved the thoughtful details and the gorgeous pool area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Unfortunately, my experience was affected by the lack of on-site staff. Plus, the access codes for the room were confusing, which made check-in a frustrating affair.

It was a secluded location that really allowed us to unwind, when we walked into the room, it was beyond beautiful and artsy. Plus, we had a minor issue with the room that got fixed pronto and they upgraded us to a bigger room, couldn't ask for more.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly for what we got, it was acceptable.
