This hotel is exceptionally managed, ensuring cleanliness and a warm welcome. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering both variety and quality. Staff were attentive, making us feel right at home.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several disappointments. The air conditioning unit in my room was excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep throughout the night. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom flooring seemed quite worn, leading to concerns about safety. The couch in the room looked rather beat up, so I felt compelled to throw a sheet over it to feel comfortable.

the room was barely acceptable, with a couch that looked like it survived a battle. the bathtub was terrifying, honestly thought i might fall through. i almost expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, i was treated like just another face in the crowd. what a shame, i was ready to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

It was just a proper fit for a city escape in El Centro with good value. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and Marilu’s smile made my mornings brighter. Try to check the gym hours before your visit for the best experience.
