We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The ladies in the breakfast area provided exceptional service, ensuring that everything was clean and neat. The breakfast itself was top-notch, offering a variety of options for all tastes. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with immaculate pool areas and an overall clean and organized atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close enough to the beaches to enjoy them, but just far enough away to avoid the crowds. The parking was conveniently located close to the entrance, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.

Everything was spot on.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. They always said yes without hesitation and fulfilled all our requests with a smile. the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and neat. the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and the food was fresh and delicious. the hotel's location, though a bit of a drive to the beach, was worth it for the excellent service we received.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the check-in process was a bit of a hassle as we encountered a rude staff member who gave us a hard time.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, we had a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even offering me access to their office facilities when I needed to print a gift certificate. Secondly, the hotel's location was very convenient as it was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. It provided a peaceful environment for us to relax. Lastly, the rooms on the higher floors were spacious and comfortable, especially the ones with 2 queen beds, allowing us to have a restful sleep each night.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites on Eglin Pkwy for a family visit. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The housekeeping team kept everything neat and clean, while the front desk staff, especially Steve and Maria, were awesome. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was fresh. The recently redone facility was well decorated with fine furniture and beds. The location was convenient for our needs and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
