I had a great experience staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites Northwest. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and major highways. The hotel was clean and the breakfast menu was great, especially the coffee. My grandkids had a blast in the pool, which had a nice temperature.

The morning meal could have had a longer serving time.

They made sure all the information was ready for us when we arrived late at night. The Fairfield Inn truly made us feel like family and treated us with care and compassion. The pool area was a highlight of our stay, with the kids having a lot of fun swimming. the breakfast options were plentiful and we enjoyed starting our day with a good meal. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the listing mentioned a hot tub, but there wasn't one, which was disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing after Christmas.

The king size executive suite at Fairfield Inn was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the Netflix, complimentary breakfast, and the convenience of a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I definitely recommend this hotel.
