I got great value for my money at Fairfield Inn. The room was comfortable and clean, with lovely pillows. The location was convenient, close to the highway and near supermarkets and attractions in the area. The staff were friendly, kind, and professional, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The WiFi worked great too!

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and fresher options.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Joliet for five days. The friendly front desk clerk explained everything clearly, and I was impressed with the amenities and the clean, attractive pool. The business center was also a bonus, and the hotel's proximity to supermarkets and local activities was convenient. the staff were amazing, and the WiFi worked great!

The king bed was soft, pillows good. Room quiet, well maintained, equipped. WIFI worked well, and it was free. Good meal in the morning. Close to highway and shopping center. Excellent location.

Excellent Customer Service

But the staff at Fairfield Inn was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made sure we were in a larger room with rollaway beds. Although we could have used more blankets, the clean room and the great service from the staff made up for it. I would definitely stay here again, just double-check my bedding accommodations. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right off Interstate 55, making it easy to access. It is also situated across from a major Westfield mall, providing plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel, right off I-55, was convenient for our family. The location was close to the Louis Joliet mall, which was perfect for some shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast options, including granola bars and yogurt, were a pleasant surprise.

The Fairfield Inn in Joliet was a great place to relax after a long day of driving. The rooms were super clean and nicely appointed with 2 queen beds, a chair with ottoman, and a table/desk area. The location was also excellent and very convenient to the highway. Plus, the staff provided excellent service and made sure that all basic amenities were available, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were okay.

Location was great, very convenient to the highway. My husband really liked the pillows.

Our room on the second night was not cleaned until early evening. We left after breakfast and gone most of the day.
