Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express near the airport was fantastic. The hotel lobby had a pleasant smell and the rooms were very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite some minor issues, the staff, particularly Sharonda, were friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel's location was convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and the airport nearby.

One specific issue we encountered was the lack of a bathtub stopper in Room 205. However, the staff quickly addressed the problem and provided us with a solution.

Early check-in went smoothly, thanks to the professional and helpful receptionist. The airport shuttle driver was also great. Comfortable bed and tasty breakfast provided a pleasant stay. A clean hotel with friendly staff.
