We loved the hotel's convenient location close to many shops and the area's top tourist attractions. It was easy for us to explore the beautiful Berkshires from here. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were excellent. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including eggs, bacon, and sausage, which made for a satisfying start to our day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and enjoy the amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and freshness of the breakfast options at Fairfield Inn. From the delicious cheese omelets to the hot oatmeal with all the toppings, everything was delicious and satisfying. The assortment of breads and the abundance of toasters were a nice touch. The breakfast truly exceeded my expectations.

The service was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local attractions and hiking trails. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a fridge. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained, and there was a nice wide path to walk along to the nearby river.

One downside was that the towels provided were small and scratchy, and there were not enough pillows in the room. Another issue that affected our stay was the noise from the floor above, with a lot of banging and jumping being heard.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making our Christmas stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, being close to both the ski slopes and the town with its shops and stores. The hotel also had great amenities such as a pool and gaming room, which were a hit with the kids.

The front desk manager was unpleasant and rude, refusing to accept our certified service dog and sending us to a more expensive hotel. This behavior ruined what could have been a nice holiday weekend.

It was quick and convenient for a busy day of skiing. We also enjoyed meeting other families during breakfast. our stay at Fairfield Inn was wonderful and we would definitely return.

The staff greeted us with warm smiles and courtesy at every interaction. The hotel's location near attractions and restaurants made exploring the area easy.
