The location was convenient and the restaurant food was good. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the rooms lacked basic amenities like fresh towels and toilet paper, and it took the staff a long time to deliver them.

The elevator was not working, making it challenging to access the lobby.

My stay at Hotel Bentley was absolutely amazing! The lobby was stunning, filled with beautiful chandeliers and antique furniture. It truly transported me back in time. The historical memorabilia and army truck on display were fascinating to explore. The view of the riverfront from my room was breathtaking, and it tempted me to take a leisurely walk along the levee. The grand staircases added an air of mystery and charm to the hotel.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as an detached AC unit cover and outdated rooms, they did not detract significantly from my overall enjoyment. The comfortable bed and historical ambiance made up for any shortcomings.

Parts of the property seemed a bit worn, with some areas closed off. the cleanliness of our room was not up to par, with dirty mirrors and carpets.
