I stayed at Fairfield Inn for 2 nights while visiting the University with my son. The location was fantastic for families visiting the campus. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was great, with a delicious option for hot food like turkey sausage. The staff provided excellent customer service, from check-in to breakfast, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Staff was prompt in fixing a sink clog reported at check-in. Front desk personnel addressed our needs effectively and Polite. Room was spacious and clean. Swimming pool reservation system is efficient.

This hotel is such a great find! the location is superb. Situated on a hill, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, it's conveniently close to downtown and two malls, making it a shopper's paradise. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They even provide useful suggestions for activities during your stay. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a lovely bath tub that adds a touch of luxury. Lastly, the breakfast options are ample and delicious, ensuring you start your day off on the right foot.

Wonderful Staff and Service

We were greeted by a delightful staff member named Marenda who really made us feel at home during our stay. She took the time to chat with us and made us forget that we were at a hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful. Despite some challenges during check-in due to a busy period, they did their best to assist everyone. The location of the hotel is also perfect if you're visiting Liberty University. The facilities were clean and the rooms were spacious. While the breakfast was average, we understand that it is complimentary. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts a prime location nestled amidst the mountains. It sits atop a hill and is within close proximity to two malls, making it an ideal spot for shopping lovers. Moreover, the downtown area is easily accessible from the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the service provided by the staff is top-notch. Furthermore, the breakfast served is worth looking forward to, and the indoor pool and well-equipped weight room are absolute advantages.

Sadly, the mattresses provided in the rooms are reportedly uncomfortable, making it unpleasant to rest during the stay.

The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the hotel room was stunning. The staff were very pleasant and helpful during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and offers easy access to different areas in Lynchburg, making it a great location for exploring the city.

The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par with Marriott standards. The eggs tasted watery and powdery, and the sausage patties were bland and seemingly boiled.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! They had a variety of fresh fruits like sliced strawberries and grapes, along with hard boiled eggs. The presentation was beautiful and the area was kept clean and well-stocked. The employees clearly take pride in their work. Another great aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and great shower.

The only downside was the bathroom exhaust fan. It stayed on whenever the light was turned on, which was a bit annoying as it created constant noise.
