We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being really close to the metro station and easily accessible from the airport. It was also very close to the main attractions in the city, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a map and suggestions for a walking route around the city. The room was modern, comfortable, and clean, and the bathroom was pristine. We also appreciated the fact that the rooms were air-conditioned, which was essential during the hot weather in this city.

Everything is what I need and want.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a cozy and inviting room on one of the upper floors. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Not only were they friendly and welcoming, but they also ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel's excellent location near restaurants and all forms of transportation made it convenient for exploring the city. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, and the room was clean and beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the view of the garden from the higher floors and the included breakfast from the award-winning bakery.

No complaints here, everything was just perfect!

The location in the center of the city was perfect. It was so close to the main attractions and just a short walk to Baixa Chiado metro station, which made it easily accessible from the airport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms that had large wardrobes, couple's sinks, and a comfy bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
