As couples, we absolutely loved our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, providing us with the best night's sleep we've ever had. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was caring and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the extra touches like the note wishing me luck for my operation and the bottles of Propel to keep me hydrated. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with tasty food like omelettes and fresh fruits. The location of the hotel was also convenient for us to easily access nearby amenities.

We felt privileged during our stay and had absolutely no complaints.

This was greatly appreciated, especially since we ended up spending more time in the hotel due to the snowy weather. The shopping area with lots of restaurants is the only good thing about this hotel. I enjoyed the variety of eateries and shops nearby, but that's about it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff demonstrated exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From providing extra pillows and towels to leaving a thoughtful note and bottles of Propel for my recovery, their attention to detail was impressive. Secondly, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The common areas, hallways, and rooms were all spotless, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. Lastly, the location was perfect for our needs, as it allowed us to easily access various eateries and shops.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of towels provided. Another advantage was that the heating system worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the air conditioning in our room couldn't be adjusted, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable atmosphere.
