As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the professional and friendly welcome from the staff. The convenience of having a nearby convenience store was a great advantage for us.

My husband and I had a much-needed night away with our 9-month-old and booked the King room with a spa tub at Best Western Plus. It exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the spa tub was a fantastic addition. We also signed up as members, which allowed us to enjoy a 2pm check-out time. The large and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and perfect location made our quick getaway even better. We will definitely return!

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a great experience. the staff was very friendly and offered complementary hot chocolate and cookies at check-in to their guests, which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from. the free shuttle service was a huge plus for getting around during the busy holiday season. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The only downside to my stay was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. However, it was still manageable and didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

The front desk forgot to mention that the shuttle wouldn't be picking me up from the airport. I waited for 45 minutes only to find out I had to take a different hotel's shuttle.

Also, there were several excellent restaurant choices nearby which added to our enjoyable stay.

The staff even went above and beyond by picking me up from the car rental return. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I particularly loved the spaciousness and comfort of the beds. The hotel's location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
