My recent stay at Fairfield Inn in Merrillville was fantastic. I was in town for a family matter and stayed at the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with plenty of food options, gas stations, and easy access to the highway. Additionally, the mall is just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot for shopping. The staff at the front desk, particularly Christina, was phenomenal. She even went above and beyond by lending me a charger when I needed one. The hotel itself was great, with clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. I had a comfortable and uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also a highlight, with a great variety of options. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

The beds were small and uncomfortable, making it difficult for three people to sleep comfortably in one room. Also, the noise from the highway was audible, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I stayed at Fairfield Inn for one evening and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The layout was great, with two rooms separated by French doors and a flat screen TV in each. The free breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of options like scrambled eggs, link sausage, waffles. The coffee was also quite good. Additionally, the laundry room had a large top-load washer that could handle a big load of clothes, and the price was affordable at only $1.50 per load. The location near I-65 made it easy to access the interstate.

We stayed during Christmas and had a great experience. we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby, which gave us a festive feeling. the hotel’s proximity to the interstate made it a convenient location for exploring the area. We found it easy to get around to all the nearby attractions we wanted to visit.

The options were limited and the crowded eating area made it difficult to find a place to sit. It was quite a contrast to the warm ambiance we experienced when we arrived.

Their assistance made our drive much easier. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, and the highway, making it extremely convenient for travelers. One drawback of our stay was that the young lady at the front desk seemed quick to talk but not listen to our concerns. When we tried to explain that we had booked two separate rooms online and thought both were paid for, she didn't take the time to fully understand our situation.
