The bed was soft and comfy, while the shower pressure was great. However, the AC didn't provide cold air and the room was too hot to sleep well.

The sheets and comforter had a clean scent of bleach, indicating their cleanliness. The toilet had a quick and quiet flush. The late night clerk was kind enough to let us use the spa after hours for a quick soak. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff member in charge of the breakfast nook kept the area spotless and restocked the food supplies promptly. The communal areas were clean, and the front desk staff greeted guests warmly.

Great hotel with friendly staff! Stayed here for a romantic escape and had a wonderful experience. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We loved the fact that they offered a Jacuzzi room, perfect for a relaxing evening. Additionally, the indoor pool was a great amenity for some fun and relaxation.

The only drawback was the area surrounding the hotel, which felt a bit shady. However, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay.

The friendly staff provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. the location and amenities made for a great experience.

The shampoo provided was amazing. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. The location was perfect and had a nice heated pool and jacuzzi. Streaming services on the TV were a plus.

The location is very close to local hospitals, one of which we needed to access for a family member who is having a serious procedure done. Everyone at the hotel was very, very accommodating and supportive of us. The staff went above and beyond. Friendly and kind. Breakfast was wonderful. There is a Texas Roadhouse next door, and the staff there were also amazing. When the manager learned we were in town 4 a hospital related visit, she gave us extra Care and even provided dessert for the table to help cheer us up. What a wonderful find in Elk Grove! Breakfast variety was outstanding. The staff member in charge of the breakfast nook kept the area spotless- cleaning up the crumbs left by guests, Re stocking each supply of food. We were delighted how the entire area was so clean. The communal areas were also very clean and the front desk staff were always pleasantly greeting people as they walked past.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Sacramento recently, and I want to recommend it to others. the value for money was fantastic. Secondly, the hotel was in a great location, just a short drive away from five different events we were attending that season. There was also a steakhouse nearby, which was great for dinner. Thirdly, the staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of items to choose from.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
