I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn while visiting San Antonio for business. The check-out process was seamless, and the staff even applied my government discount. The highlight of my stay was the amazing waitress at breakfast who made me feel right at home. Mary Ellen, the employee who made the waffles, was exceptional. Her warm and welcoming demeanor reminded me of being with my own mom. The size of the room and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The indoor pool was an added bonus, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The disappointing aspect was that we booked a suite and were given a room with two double beds at the same rate. They didn't offer a solution, just excuses.
