The rooms have modern amenities like a smart TV and comfortable bed. The bathroom has a fully functional shower with hot water always available. Additionally, they have a gym, shuttle service, and the pool has a lovely view.

Some of the staff were lacking in customer service training, and there was a mix-up with the billing during one guest's stay.

The leisure facilities were impressive, with a spa lounge, an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a sun terrace. The garden area was stunning, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink. The restaurant was top-notch, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. I can't wait to come back and enjoy it all again!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Pattaya. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Amber made me feel welcome and looked after. the hotel itself is in a great location, just a short distance from all the action but surprisingly peaceful. the rooms were impeccable - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I particularly loved the pool and the classy ambiance of the place. the staff's attention to detail and their efficient service impressed me greatly. I also appreciated the variety of amenities available, including a sauna, spa, massage services, and even airport transportation. I can confidently say that my next trip to Pattaya will definitely be at this hotel.

Had a good time, but must say that the complementary drinks and fruits were a pleasant surprise. the location is quite convenient with many local attractions nearby. the best aspect, however, was the cleanliness of the hotel.

the gym was tiny, with just a couple of machines, which was a letdown for me. the staff seemed inexperienced and unable to handle guests' needs efficiently.

We were pleasantly surprised to find several USB outlets in the room, which was a convenient feature for charging our devices.
