I absolutely adored the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel, especially the cozy seating areas in the lobby where I could relax and unwind. The general areas were beautifully designed, making it such a pleasure to explore and feel at home. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and well-placed handrails making it easy for me to navigate and feel secure during my stay.

I would have loved to see more seating options with proper back support in the common areas.

I chose this hotel for a work trip attending a product showcase because it offers excellent amenities like complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour business center, and express check-out. The cleanliness and location were also big pluses, making it a convenient stay just outside of downtown and within walking distance from the Riverwalk.
