The front desk staff, especially Katie, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The location was convenient, with easy access to Legoland and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Carlsbad.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my check-in process quick and easy. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the pullout sofa in the room, as it provided extra sleeping space for my family. Additionally, the included breakfast was a nice touch and had a decent variety of options to choose from.

Recently renovated, modern, and tidy lodging with larger suites including added amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. The front desk staff is courteous and accommodating, catering to guests' needs promptly. The complimentary continental breakfast offers a diverse selection with many options like eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, coffee, juices. The location is conveniently placed a quick drive from Legoland, outlets and other popular destinations in the area. The small but pleasant heated pool is excellent for night swimming.

Despite the issues, there were a couple of positive aspects during my xmas stay. The room size was surprisingly large and spacious, not what I expected from the online pictures. Additionally, the hotel's location was closer to the places I wanted to visit, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient parking right in front of the hotel and nice outdoor space by the pool. Suites are spacious with separate living area and second TV, perfect for a short stay. Bathroom was large with a nice shower. Enjoyed the free breakfast that included hot items.

The pull-out couch in the room was very uncomfortable and felt better to sleep on the couch itself. the hotel lacked attention to details such as the smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor.

We've stayed here multiple times while visiting Legoland. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers great amenities like a nice pool area, easy-to-use fitness equipment, and a delicious free breakfast. This hotel is minutes from the beach and charming Carlsbad Village, with restaurants serving the most delicious seafood dishes that I have ever tasted. The location is nicely divided from the King bed sleeping area and is near the window, really nice when working from the desk area where it's nice and bright and you don't feel claustrophobic. The rooms are very large with a separate living area, second TV, and sofa bed. The breakfast is standard for this hotel chain but is served at convenient times.

TV screen was big and had a good selection of HD channels. the layout of the room was well thought out, with a separate sofa and desk area near the window. the bathroom was clean and bright, with a walk-in shower and plenty of space to layout personal items. the staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a positive impression of the hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing. the eggs were cold, the sausage was grey, and the coffee was almost empty and room temperature.

Throughout our stay, Lorna provided wonderful assistance with a touch of wit and charm. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The free breakfast had a wide variety of options to suit all appetites. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway and we highly recommend it.
