This hotel is a great value for money! I loved the location inside the jungle national park and the beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room had all the basic amenities, including AC, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Plus, breakfast was included and served fresh every morning.

Our stay in this hotel was truly magnificent. The location is breathtaking with beautiful views of the beach and the surrounding jungle. We loved the fact that it is located in the national park, which gave us a unique experience. The room was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the hammock outside. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making our honeymoon unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Overall the hotel facilities were superb, like the rooftop plunge pool and using beach beds and chairs.

The hotel staff had a little too much of a focus on tipping for our taste, but it didn't ruin our stay.

This hotel is like a paradise in a national park, surrounded by nature. It has a beautiful beach, clean and stylish rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. The sunbeds are comfortable, and there are options to rent a bike or scooter to explore the area. The wifi is strong, and there is also the opportunity to see turtles laying eggs on the beach.

Gorgeous property with beachfront bungalows and plenty of places to relax. El Hoyo's café and bar offers delicious food and drinks, with friendly and professional staff. Great location in the Zona Hotelera, not too close to the busy center. Beautiful beach and ocean views. Private access to the beach is a plus.

We loved staying at Hotel Poc Na, especially being able to relax on the beach and have drinks brought straight to us. The bungalow was nice and the AC ensured we had a comfortable night's sleep. Even with some drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at Poc Na! the beautiful buildings scattered throughout the jungle, alongside the stunning beach, created a unique and picturesque setting. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great suggestions for day trips. the on-site restaurants offered delicious food with delightful staff. We loved being able to have food and drinks brought out to us on the beach beds and chairs. the private pool on the roof of our room was absolutely amazing. Despite the seaweed issue along the coast, Poc Na did a fantastic job keeping the beach clean. the yoga class in the jungle was a cool and peaceful experience. a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated near the Mayan ruins of Tulum. This allows guests to easily explore the historical site and immerse themselves in the rich Mayan culture. the hotel is right on the beach with a beautiful view, providing a serene and picturesque setting for relaxation.

The beach was unfortunately affected by seaweed during my stay. Though the hotel staff worked hard to clear it up, at times the sea wasn't very inviting.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has a charming rustic decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The little details, like the hammock and speaker, add to its charm. The breakfast is amazing and the location is convenient, with the Tulum ruins just a 20-minute walk away. it's a great place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

During the Christmas break, we had an excellent time at a beach club. We enjoyed two sundowners while admiring a stunning sunset. the fish tacos we ordered were incredibly delicious, and the cocktails were fantastic. the beach was well-located, and despite being busy, there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The service was dismal and slow. We were not able to get service until quite sometime which ruined the lovely atmosphere, we had to wait an unbearable amount of time for our drinks and food.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the beach of Tulum. The bungalow we stayed in was lovely, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel staff went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant, with great service from the front desk, cleaning people, and restaurant staff. The restaurant personnel were welcoming and funny, serving delicious food and drinks straight to the sunbeds on the beach. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of fresh fruit, bread, and coffee. The location was perfect, with the hotel in walking distance to Maya ruins and offering beautiful views of the white sand and turquoise waters. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all outstanding.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
