We had a pleasant stay, thanks to the location near a fully stocked breakfast area. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the service was satisfactory. The hotel was conveniently situated next to several great restaurants and the Empire Mall, which made our experience enjoyable. Additionally, the well-maintained amenities added to the pleasant stay.

The air conditioning unit in our room was short cycling and struggled to cool the room adequately. Despite the efforts of the handyman, the issue persisted, which was disappointing given the price we paid for the room.

Our recent stay at Fairfield Inn was fantastic! We were warmly greeted by Dan, who went above and beyond to provide us with helpful directions and recommendations for dining. The motel itself was exceptionally clean, and our group of 10 enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. We were even treated to fresh baked cookies during our chats in the lobby. Plus, Jessica and Michelle were the friendliest staff members we've encountered in a long time. We loved every aspect of our stay and will definitely be back.

The rooms and entry area were contemporary, pretty, and inviting. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we had a great night's sleep with no hall noise even with a large h.s. team of soccer players on the same floor. The location was perfect, right next to a mall and minutes away from everything in this city.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn in Sioux Falls. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, even though I arrived late at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that I got a great room at the last minute and at a great rate. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wish I had more time to relax in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.
