We had a pleasant stay, thanks to the location near a fully stocked breakfast area. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the service was satisfactory. The hotel was conveniently situated next to several great restaurants and the Empire Mall, which made our experience enjoyable. Additionally, the well-maintained amenities added to the pleasant stay.

The air conditioning unit in our room was short cycling and struggled to cool the room adequately. Additionally, the water pooling on the floor after using the shower in the handicapped room was a minor inconvenience, leading us to use extra towels.

Our recent stay at Fairfield Inn was fantastic! We were warmly greeted by Dan, who went above and beyond to provide us with helpful directions and recommendations for dining. The motel itself was exceptionally clean, and our group of 10 enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. We were even treated to fresh baked cookies during our chats in the lobby. Plus, Jessica and Michelle were the friendliest staff members we've encountered in a long time. We loved every aspect of our stay and will definitely be back.
