Our room at Jasper was simply beautiful, offering a great city view. the spacious and attractive bathroom, along with the lovely lemony-scented toiletries, added a touch of luxury. the friendly staff, from the courteous front desk to the helpful bartender, made our stay truly enjoyable. Free parking, easy check-in, and comfortable beds with good water pressure in the shower were also highlights.

No pool or hot tub. Missing microwave in room.

I always return to this hotel for its comfort and excellent service. During my first stay, the staff kindly helped with my elderly parents. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and no smoking. I can't wait to come back for New Year's celebration.

Visiting for the Fargo Half Marathon, I stayed at Jasper for two nights. the room had a stunning city view and a spacious, lovely bathroom with fragrant lemony toiletries. the staff, especially the front desk and morning bartender, were exceptionally courteous and helpful. the sauna and exercise room were tranquil and spotless—a true oasis away from home. 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic location in downtown Fargo with stunning panoramic windows on the 14th floor. the bed was super comfy, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. Plus, the breakfast exceeded my expectations – a great way to start the day!

Room size was a bit small, and the noise from the early morning plows disrupted my sleep. Some amenities, like robes, were not complimentary, and parking fees were higher than expected.

Location was great, in the heart of the city and perfect for Christmas shopping. the room was pretty, with big windows that let in loads of light. the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hygiene products were not up to the mark, and the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations and the noise level was high.

Luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and helpful staff members, the venue fulfilled all our expectations. the restaurant had an assorted and delicious menu with enough options for special diets. the fitness centre was equipped with modern equipment. the location is great with walking distance to local hotspots.

The hotel provided everything we needed, but the bathroom could use an extra towel.
