The Jasper Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The accommodations were not only comfortable, but also accessible for those with physical handicaps. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, creating a family-like atmosphere. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, including vegetarian-friendly options. Additionally, the sauna and exercise room were impeccably clean and provided a peaceful retreat.

Felt like a second home, couldn't ask for anything more.

Location was great, in the heart of the city and perfect for Christmas shopping. The room was pretty, with big windows that let in loads of light. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The hygiene products were not up to the mark, and the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations and the noise level was high.

Luxurious stay with exclusive amenities and helpful staff members, the venue fulfilled all our expectations. The restaurant had an assorted and delicious menu with enough options for special diets. The fitness centre was equipped with modern equipment. The location is great with walking distance to local hotspots.

The hotel provided everything we needed, but the bathroom could use an extra towel. our stay here was fantastic and we would highly recommend this hotel.
