I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast provided great value, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I could get a room in a quiet area away from the elevator, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and I felt at ease walking on the new carpet. The location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

The hotel is set back from the road, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff even went the extra mile to help scrape the windshield on my car during freezing temperatures. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. the rooms were also very comfortable, with cozy beds and a spotless bathroom. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was tucked away from the main road, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered great value and the staff were quick to assist with any issues, such as dead batteries in the TV remote.

One downside was that the fitness room opened a bit later than we would have liked, at 6 a.m. It would have been great to start our day with a workout before exploring the area.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Traverse City was a great stay for us young folks! The place was spotless, the staff super friendly, and the value for money was excellent. We loved being close to the mall, restaurants, and everything else we could want. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area was awesome, and we had a blast swimming and lounging in the whirlpool. Our room was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and the bed was so cozy. After a fun day at the pool, we had a wonderful night's sleep. We'll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to our friends.

I was impressed by how accommodating the receptionist was when I asked to change rooms due to noise from nearby construction. The new room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.
