The shuttle was a great convenience for trips to the casino nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness and how fresh the rooms smelled. The doors lock at night, providing added security. Our King Room had a size that felt just right for comfort. Overall, I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

The complimentary breakfast was outstanding with a diverse selection that really catered to everyone's tastes, making it the highlight of the stay.

Unfortunately, I faced a frustrating issue with my room not being cleaned during my stay, which was disappointing given the overall expectations for cleanliness.

I absolutely loved how clean and fresh my room was! The hotel also offers a delightful shuttle service to Turning Stone Casino, which made our nights out so easy. Plus, breakfast was amazing with a variety of options that catered to everyone in our group!

Noise disturbances from nearby guests interrupted sleep multiple times during my stay. Cleaning schedules could use more consistency, as I noticed rooms weren't serviced properly.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by noise. The guests above me were slamming doors intermittently between 10 PM and nearly 11 PM, which completely disrupted my sleep. I expected a peaceful stay as promised, but there was nobody at the front desk to address my concerns in the evening or the next morning when I checked out.

I had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Verona! The rooms were super clean and smelled amazing. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave, which made it easy to enjoy snacks. The breakfast spread was delightful with a large variety, exceeding my expectations. Plus, the shuttle service to the nearby casino was very convenient, making it a stress-free trip!

The only downside was a faint noise from the hallway at times.

this hotel was super clean and really comfy. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle service to the casino which was a major plus. i loved that everything was up to date and there was a dunkin donuts a few steps away. the free breakfast had lots of choices, so it was tough to decide what to eat each morning. overall, great place to stay!

only downside was the room had a lingering smoke smell and the breakfast english muffin was rock hard. really could use better room checks.
