The staff at Ascend Hotel in Sacramento were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We had multiple cars parked and they were more than happy to assist us. The rooms were clean and cozy, with complimentary coffee and tea. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a fantastic value for money, with basic amenities and a great location around an open area with the breakfast area in the middle, which was a unique and interesting touch. The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the rooms on the third level had historic ambience with blinds and windows onto for light. Plus, breakfast was included!

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

As youngsters, we loved the clean and modern rooms, the convenient location near restaurants and clubs, and the proximity to the state capitol. The little extras like makeup remover wipes and mouthwash were a nice touch. The continental breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food options to choose from. Additionally, the ability to open the windows and control the AC/heater unit was a bonus.

We felt so welcome during our stay, there were no complaints whatsoever.

Everything we needed was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the convenient location of Ascend Hotel, just a short walk to Capital Park and great restaurants. The friendly breakfast attendant, Marlynn, made us feel welcome. The fresh cookies in the afternoon were a lovely touch. we highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Ascend Hotel in Sacramento for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a cute setup with a lovely atrium. We were pleased with the availability of amenities such as the elevator, AC, mini fridge, microwave, and TV in our clean and bright room. Mar Lynn, who works at the hotel, was a standout with her efficiency and friendliness. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with her each morning. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect, as we were able to walk to almost all of the activities we wanted to do.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by an open area with the breakfast area in the middle which was bizarre but gave a unique atmosphere. The service was top-notch, they provided car and bicycle hire which was very convenient. The room amenities were also great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Plus, the free toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.

I recommend this place to everyone. The only minor issue was the noise level in the courtyard-like set-up, but it didn't bother me too much.

The holiday season at this hotel was absolutely delightful. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the Christmas festivities. We were able to easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our Christmas mornings.

The only downside was the size of the room. the king-size bed took up most of the space, leaving little room to move around.

Boutique Charm and Excellent Location!

The location was superb, right in the heart of the city. Our room was incredibly clean, neat, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. The breakfast service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, especially Matthew at reception and Riccardo during breakfast. They truly made our stay memorable. The hotel had a charming and boutique atmosphere that added to the overall experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of parking spaces and some noise from other guests in the courtyard, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and centrally located stay.

Despite a minor issue with the hot water in the morning, which was promptly addressed by the hotel staff who apologized sincerely, our stay at Ascend Hotel was otherwise flawless. The staff at the front desk were also extremely helpful in providing directions and recommendations.
