The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were quick to respond to any requests and provided a high level of service. the concierge was particularly helpful, providing us with valuable information and assistance throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants, skiing, and other activities. We also enjoyed the pool and outdoor jacuzzis, a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel had a few dated aspects, such as worn furniture and lack of air conditioning in the rooms. the lack of air conditioning became problematic on hotter days when temperatures rose above 90 degrees.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience in Telluride.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for my Easter ski trip. It was just steps away from the lifts, making it super convenient to hit the slopes in no time. the ski valet service was a great bonus, making it easy to store and retrieve my gear. Additionally, the free gondola system provided breathtaking views and a quick trip into town. I loved being able to explore the charming Alpine Village and grab a hot crepe from a street vendor. the staff was also friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the layout of the elevators. They were a bit confusing and took some getting used to.
