During our stay over Christmas, we were pleased with a couple of aspects. the hotel offered a complimentary house car service, which was a great convenience for exploring the nearby attractions. Secondly, the location was key, as it was close to the waterfront and provided easy access to the beautiful sights of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that we did not appreciate. the hotel had a peculiar scent in the rooms we stayed in, which was not to our liking.

Wow, what an amazing stay! The suites were so spacious and clean, with plenty of room for our whole family. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and amenities. We loved cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful bay views from our room. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The added bonus of having a house car available was a great convenience for getting around. We would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better. While there was a good selection of fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs, the pastries could have been fresher.

We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at a hotel in SF and were pleasantly surprised by the tasty Thanksgiving meal that was provided for all guests, free of charge. the location was also perfect, close to the waterfront and excellent restaurants. We also appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby.

the beds were not comfortable, and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We had easy access to the main square, which was filled with delicious shops, especially the chocolate shop. It was a great place to explore and enjoy some treats.

There were times when we wished there was an in-house dining option, especially for the kids. The high delivery charges and tips for takeout were a bit of a deterrent.
