I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Hampton for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Any issues that arose, such as a broken lamp stand, were immediately addressed and fixed by the attentive staff. The air conditioning unit also worked perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The staff, including the helpful young lady in the dining room, were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Additionally, I appreciated that the indoor pool was warm and that the hotel was conveniently located near various dining and shopping options.

The location of the hotel was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly and provided good customer service throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, with a variety of options including fresh pancakes, eggs, meat, cereal, biscuits and gravy. The coffee was also outstanding and available 24/7.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left much to be desired. The plumbing in the rooms was in serious need of an upgrade, as the sinks would fill up after just a few seconds of running water.
