The hospitality at this B&B was outstanding! the hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to downtown and great views of the Naval Academy. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a varied menu each day. the off-street parking was a convenient bonus.

The location could not have been better - directly across the street from the Main Gate of the Naval Academy and just a few short blocks to the Harbor and Capital area. Being in the city center, we were just steps away from the shops and restaurants of Annapolis. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a quiet and restful atmosphere for a great night's sleep. The owners were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. And the highlight of our stay was definitely the gourmet breakfasts served each morning. The delicious meals, served with elegant china and tablecloths, were a perfect way to start our day.

Great location, within walking distance of everything and free parking. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing information on things to do. the breakfasts were delicious and filling.

The mattress was too firm for my liking. the bathroom was split into two smaller rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this bed and breakfast was absolutely fantastic! It was right by the main entrance of the Naval Academy, so we could easily walk to stores, restaurants, and the academy itself. Parking was convenient and we didn't need to drive anywhere. the house and rooms were immaculate, and the owners Marty and Carmel were extremely helpful with everything we needed. They also served us a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great way to start our day.
