Excellent Front Staff and Spacious Rooms

The front staff at the resort was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite some maintenance issues like dated furniture and room cleanliness lapses, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the spacious rooms provided ample space for families, making it a good choice for those looking for roomy accommodations in a convenient location.

The views of the lake from the private balcony were breathtaking, providing a serene and peaceful backdrop for relaxation. The staff at the poolside bar were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome and taken care of. It was a delightful surprise to receive complimentary pool towels and sunscreen, which demonstrated the hotel's thoughtfulness towards their guests.

The noise disturbance from neighboring guests, along with the presence of animal feces and cigarette butts in the general areas, detracted from the overall family-friendly atmosphere of the resort.

The location was super convenient and the facilities were stunning – we adored the pool and having our own washer and dryer in the condo was clutch. The patio with the turtle pond view was a neat touch, and the sprawling grounds and staff were so helpful! The only downside was some minor wear and tear in the suite, but it didn't ruin our overall fantastic stay! 🌞

This hotel is a gem! the location is superb, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need. the room was spacious, the beds were super comfy, and the pools were a hit with the whole family. the bar serves up delicious drinks and the cafe offers great quick bites. Definitely made our vacation top-notch!

One small thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds. While they were cozy, they could use a little extra padding to make them even more dreamy.

The Floridays Resort's location is unbeatable, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The spacious 2- and 3-bedroom suites, featuring private balconies and fully stocked kitchens, provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The designer decor and air conditioning added a luxurious touch, making it feel like a home away from home.

The cleanliness of the room was an issue during my stay. Though it was resolved eventually, the initial experience was not up to par.

clean and spacious rooms - great location and near the outlets for shopping. the staff - especially gardenia - made us feel at home and accommodated our family's needs.

Had a fantastic stay near Orlando's theme parks! LOVED the room with a great view. the staff accommodated every request. Would definitely choose this place again! the pool area is even better in person.

The dining area and kitchen were spacious and perfect for breakfast before exploring theme parks. The pool complex was impressive. The Concierge was helpful. Publix has quality products. The fitness center was top-notch.

Beds need updating; quality not so grand.

Spacious 2-bedroom suites with full kitchen. Big comfy beds, 2 quiet pools, and well-maintained grounds. Convenient location near shops and dining, close to Vineland Outlets and Universal. Highly recommend for larger rooms.

First room had A/C issue, quickly resolved by maintenance. Limited parking after 8pm.

We got amazing value for our money at Floridays Resort. The room was fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping, and the staff was attentive and caring.

Hot dogs and more were epic! Spacious rooms and a jetted tub for tired legs rocked. Plus, full kitchen and a reasonable price sealed the deal. Cons: Staff parked in handicapped zones and were a bit rude. Despite that, everything still sparkled. Crave some local eats? Try Q'Kenan Restaurant for a taste explosion! In-room breakfast and poolside snack bar also hit the spot. Orlando's culinary scene is lit!

We had a fantastic experience at this resort! The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view of the lake from the master bedroom was wonderful. The location was ideal, close to SeaWorld and convenient stores. The staff, especially a nighttime employee whose name starts with a G, were incredibly helpful and polite. We definitely got great value for our money at Floridays Resort.
