During my recent stay at a hotel in Amsterdam, I had a positive experience at Multatuli. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, particularly a friendly woman at reception, went above and beyond to assist me with any inquiries I had. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend trip. I was satisfied with my stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the central station and in the centre of everything. The rooms are clean with modernized bathrooms, cleaned with fresh towels every day and have a good bed. The breakfast served was excellent with some hot scrambled eggs.

I was initially given the wrong room, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and even gave us a discount for the mix-up. The breakfast may not have been a buffet, but the food was tasty and the waiter was efficient. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to access. I would recommend this hotel.
