The location of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful Christmas getaway. the surrounding mountains provided a stunning backdrop for relaxation. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service.

The condition of the facilities was disappointing. the room we stayed in was in need of serious upgrades, with dirty walls and worn-out furniture.

The cabin was clean, spacious, and had lots of heaters for a cozy stay. The hot tub was great, and the beds were comfortable. The location was beautiful with serene quietness and varied birdlife around peaceful nature. The staff, especially Bo and Ashley from maintenance, were friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel, which was close to the falls and other attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious and we appreciated the service we received. The breakfast was decent and there was a nice view of the gardens. We also liked the swimming pool and other facilities.

Our family had an amazing time at the resort! The cozy cabins with fireplaces and balconies were perfect. The grounds were beautiful with rocking chairs, an outdoor couch, and a porch swing. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff, especially Rachel and Mary, were friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to come back in the fall to see the changing leaves.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional - we felt like we got a lot for what we paid. Secondly, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby towns. It was close enough to easily venture out, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were satisfactory, and the rooms, although in need of a little updating, were spacious, clean. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and was a great start to our day.

My cabin at Forrest Hills Mountain Resort didn't have a kitchen, but it had everything I needed including a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent every day and the staff, especially Mary at the check-in office, were superb. The woodsy setting and quiet atmosphere were perfect for a retreat in the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was equipped with everything I needed. The pool was clean and the location was secluded, allowing me to enjoy starry skies and even catch a glimpse of the galaxy. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this retreat in the mountains.

My wife and I recently stayed at Forrest Hills for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like family.
